This picture is ironic because it shows how its showing how its illegal to post signs on public property but they posted a sign on publc property telling people to not do what they did themselves. It proves that you have to break laws, to make or enforce them at the same time. It was a hyperbole because it says not to post signs on public property, but it must be false and not apply because they just posted it on a pole.
